Countryfile are visiting the East Midlands. They are showing Elderflower Cordial at Belvoir, Wissendine windmill…flour & us!! see the cows & calves coming up for milking & us in the dairy. We are really thrilled to see the cows & calves so relaxed living together & are excited to be on the way to becoming a Pasture For Life Farm. It makes so much sense in every way, caring for the soil, naturally reared stock producing ‘ good proper’  milk for us all.

Happy to be supplying Hambleton Bakery with  milk enjoy their wonderful bread & confectionery in local shops.

Thank you to all our wonderful friends who have helped make all this possible for us.

  2. So pleased to see you both on tv with Jamie Oliver tonight. At last, Alan’s saying of “that’s right” is recorded for eternity! All the best, Deb Green.

  3. Jane, Alan, farm family,
Great to meet you all, and thanks for taking your time to enlighten me on your products, methods, ethos and plans for the future, all great subjects, and your knowledge span, depth and passion was impressive.
So, we are all in good hands with the products and the full crew at Crossroads Farm.

I traveled form Nottingham to meet face to face, and it was well worth the trip, although the delivery to my area I will be using for convenience.

    Thanks
    Steve

  4. Hi Alan, The first time I saw you, you were selling bunches of small thin carrots from boxes in small shed to the left of the large barn. Then you expanded into a butcher shop, bakery and a large self service fruit, vegetable and egg shop. Whenever I used to go into your barn , I liked the variety of produce on sale and that it was truly “field to shop” and fresh. Now I found out through BBC Countryfile that you have expanded into cheese. Keep up the good work. God bless, Mark Rowley
